KO Series rumbled on this weekend and produced some superb results, not least in the aptly named Weekender events. Let’s discover what went on and who won what on January 10.
KO Series #14 – Weekender Final Table Results
The $530 buy-in Weekender blew its $400,000 guarantee out of the water with those who entered fighting it out for a share of $520,500.
“oxido333” locked up the largest slice of that massive sum thanks to being the last player standing when the dust settled. The eventual champion found themselves up against “BloodBorn” when the tournament was heads-up where both players were guaranteed a bumper pay packet.
Bolodborn had sent 15 opponents to the rail and had $17,770 worth of bounty payments to look forward to. They collected no further bounties because oxido333 got the job done and walked away with the title of champion and a combined payment worth $55,584. The runner-up, although disappointed not to become a KO Series champion, padded their bankroll with $51,746.

KO Series #14 – Mini Weekender Final Table Results
The $55 buy-in Mini Weekender saw the guarantee beaten more than double the advertised amount! A cool $224,600 was collected and it was “Don.Danbury” who reeled in the largest slice of that sum.
Don.Danbury netted $12,706 for their victory plus an additional bounty payment of $5,396. A chunk of that bounty payment was on the head of “Kob3ManpyTkoB” who crashed out in second place and scooped a combined $15,686.
Everyone else at the six-handed final table saw their $55 investment swell to more than $3,400 when the bounty element was included. Shout outs to “PapaCarlo19”, “MrJonas17”, “lookingforspot”, and “DisasterCapital” who reached the finale table but fell short of glory.
KO Series #14 – Micro Weekender Final Table Results
“wesleyhenrique” can call themselves a KO Series champion after coming out on top on the $5.50 Micro Weekender. $15,000 was the advertised guarantee but $27,369 was paid out.
Our champion locked up $2,269 of that prize pool. The champion busted seven opponents on their way to winning, including “Sajgymon” who was our runner-up. Second-place weighed in at a combined $1,902 with the bounty payments included.
These low stakes events are superb value for partypoker players. Even sixth-place finisher “diplo123” walked away with the equivalent of 72 buy-ins. You don’t have to spend a lot to win big at partypoker.
