KO Series – 6-Max Mini: $20K Gtd Final Table Results
“SoniC23” became a KO Series champion on January 7 when they topped a 2,184-strong field in the $11 KO Series 6-Max Mini. $20,000 was guaranteed but $21,840 paid out. Half that princely sum went on the heads of every entrant with the remaining 50% shared by the top 329 finishers.
The champion saw their $11 investment swell to a combined prize worth $2,559, made up of a $1,310 top prize and $1,249 from the bounty prize pool. SoniC23 busted 15 opponents on their way to victory, including “Rataria33” who was our runner-up. Second place, with the bounty element included, weighed in at $1,685.
Perhaps we’ll see more of SoniC23 this weekend now they have the equivalent of 232 buy-ins for this tournament in their account?
KO Series – Mini Mix-Max Hyper Battle: $5K Gtd Final Table Results
The KO Series Mini Mix-Max Hyper Battle may have only cost $5.50 to enter yet awarded its champion an $863 payout. That champion is none other than “Datschi7” who came out on top after outlasting 1,231 opponents.
The busted 16 opponents on the way to victory, which is why their bounty payment was more than “SMYSoul” collected for second-place alone. It certainly pays to be aggressive and get your hands on polayers’ scalps when you enter a PKO tournament.

Day 2 of The Big Freeze events shuffle up and deal at 19:05 GMT today and their champions crowned a few hours later.”Frefem99” is the player to catch in the $265 edition where only 68 of the 403 starters remain.
“Johnh” leads the 116 returning players, from a field of 1,561, in the $27.50 Mini Big Freeze, while “Jak14 477” is in pole position in the $2.75 Micro Big Freeze where the 1,584-strong field has been whittled to only 87 hopefuls.
More fresh events commence on January 8, including the trio of Weekender tournaments which are going to be spectacular. Day 1A starts at 19:05 GMT with Day 1B getting underway at the same time on January 9. The come with buy-ins of $530, $55, and $5.50, and with guaranteed prize pools weighing in at $400,000, $100,000, and $15,000 respectively.
